1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the KLIM Film Scanner app, you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement.

4. In-App Purchases

The app offers AI tools for image restoration and colorization as in-app purchases. These purchases are non-refundable.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to any images you scan or edit using the app.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without any warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

Klim Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

This agreement remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Klim Technologies is based.
